What are the essential qualifications?

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in using MS Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Experience with project management tools.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing contacts and tasks.

  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

  • Previous experience working directly with US-based clients for a minimum of six months.

  • Background in a BPO environment, handling various tasks or processes on behalf of clients.
